Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer LAS France project-management tools in coordination with PMO central teams (mainly Primavera, ARM, FUSE, DPMD).
  • •Perform tool administration activities including expense roll-down, base cleanup, license/account management, incident handling, knowledge management, reorganizations, and economic base updates.
  • •Contribute to functional improvements of Primavera and enhance data quality for B&P tools.
  • •Support engineering and quality functions in producing indicators (e.g., EEI, OTD).
  • •Produce cross-functional reports and/or activity steering indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 degree.
  • •About 7 years of experience in project management to pilot complex activities and coordinate stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management experience tracking timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables to meet objectives.
  • •Demonstrated organizational rigor in managing and monitoring activities.
  • •Good knowledge of ITIL and experience using Primavera and ARM tools.
