Job Summary

Administer and support PMO project-management tools for LAS France, primarily Primavera (and related systems). Improve Primavera functionality and strengthen data quality as part of Zenith, while ensuring effective tool usage across teams. Manage tool administration tasks (licenses/accounts, incidents, knowledge, reorganizations, and base updates), support engineering/quality indicator production, and deliver cross-functional reports and activity dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer LAS France project-management tools in coordination with PMO central teams (mainly Primavera, ARM, FUSE, DPMD).
•Perform tool administration activities including expense roll-down, base cleanup, license/account management, incident handling, knowledge management, reorganizations, and economic base updates.
•Contribute to functional improvements of Primavera and enhance data quality for B&P tools.
•Support engineering and quality functions in producing indicators (e.g., EEI, OTD).
•Produce cross-functional reports and/or activity steering indicators.

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 degree.
•About 7 years of experience in project management to pilot complex activities and coordinate stakeholders.
•Strong project management experience tracking timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables to meet objectives.
•Demonstrated organizational rigor in managing and monitoring activities.
•Good knowledge of ITIL and experience using Primavera and ARM tools.
