Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements to design and author bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices and contract inclusion.
  • •Lead BIM rollout across programmes and projects to ensure adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • •Perform structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and support delivery against requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder interfaces, acting as an ambassador for digital services.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports, contribute to internal documentation and quality processes, and lead team supervision via peer review deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably within consultancy environments and across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework), plus relevant information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise using clash detection and model-checking tools like Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ACC, Asite, and Viewpoint, including data verification (e.g., COBie).
