Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, configure, implement, commission, and support/maintain ICT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, virtual platforms) and enterprise software applications across business lines.
  • •Ensure global alignment and standardization of ICT and cybersecurity services and technology selection for hardware/software across the region.
  • •Drive product support and utilization of ICT/cybersecurity services throughout the region.
  • •Provide expert technical ownership for maintenance of complex ICT infrastructure systems at client sites, including diagnosis, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • •Manage preventative maintenance and change for existing systems, including patch management, system updates, firmware updates, audits, and documentation for configuration/commissioning/testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •Advanced certification and/or training in relevant ICT technologies such as CCNP (Cisco), MCSE (Microsoft), VCDP (VMware), CA (Citrix), HyperV, or similar.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IT Systems Engineer (or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency in networking, servers, storage, and enterprise applications, including Windows Servers, virtualization (VMware preferred), TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and SAN storage.
  • •Experience with Active Directory and domain name server configuration, plus knowledge/experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex enterprise environments.
