Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the IAM practice with a 20-person team, defining the vision and roadmap for IAM, PAM, and IAG, and industrializing offerings (diagnostic, cadrage, build, run)
  • •Act as the internal technical reference for market solutions (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, One Identity, Usercube) and manage editor relationships and partnerships
  • •Design training plans and certifications, coach consultants, and manage performance reviews, staffing, and objectives
  • •Support pre-sales activities, respond to bids, draft technical proposals, and represent technical capabilities to strategic clients
  • •Oversee project delivery and client engagement, ensuring high-quality deliverables, successful mission starts, and strong client satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with leading a solution (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta)
  • •Strong knowledge of Identity ecosystem, governance, and hybrid/cloud architectures
  • •Proven experience in team or practice management
  • •Passion for transmission, structuring and technical leadership
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
