Job Summary

Own Record to Report (R2R) processes at Aon’s Global Capability Center by executing standardized month-end close activities with accuracy and compliance. Prepare journal entries, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and produce close reports to support financial transparency. Collaborate with local country teams and support internal and external audit processes through strong documentation and adherence to corporate policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement the Standard Operating Model for transitioned R2R activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
•Prepare journal entries in line with accounting standards and internal controls.
•Execute month-end close activities and prepare month-end close reports for financial transparency.
•Perform bank account reconciliations, monitor transactions for discrepancies, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
•Collaborate with local country teams and support internal and external audit processes with effective documentation.

Key Requirements

•High attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and verify accuracy.
•Good understanding of accounting processes.
•Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Strong organization and ability to work under time pressure.
•Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel) and ERP solution, with B2/C1 English and Spanish (written and verbal).
