Key Responsibilities

  • •Own network supply planning strategy and execution for assigned business/channel.
  • •Deploy Honeywell GDM and facilitate adoption of RapidResponse planning tools across the network.
  • •Oversee the monthly planning cycle to deliver finished goods supply and inventory plans aligned to customer satisfaction and working capital goals.
  • •Lead SIOP activities: chair monthly LOB SIOP supply review meetings and present supply plans, scenarios, risks, and mitigations in reconciliation/exec meetings.
  • •Lead continuous improvement culture and develop team capability using Lean Six Sigma techniques and KPI performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 5+ years of experience in Supply, Production Planning, Materials Management, or S&OP/SIOP-related functions.
  • •Strong experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • •Knowledge of S&OP/SIOP.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
