Job Summary

Facilitate relationship development between designated partner teams and Loan Officers to achieve Enhanced Transfer Rate (ETR) targets across a specific region. Build trust with brokerages, agents, and builders; serve as an escalation point for partner concerns; and drive adoption of PA Flex Transactions. Support onboarding and training for new markets, lead go-to-market for ZHL products, coordinate in-market engagement travel, and maintain compliance through active licensing and regulatory updates.

•Act as a point of escalation for external partners with concerns about shared customers.
•Drive agent adoption of PA Flex Transactions within the assigned book of business or market.
•Support ZHL onboarding and training for new markets, agents, and partners, including regular partner engagement.
•Conduct in-market visits and regular agent calldowns (closing calls) and facilitate Premier Agent Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field in mortgage lending, financial services, or consultative sales.
•Minimum 8+ years in a sales role.
•5+ years of experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or closely related financial advisory roles, meeting or exceeding production and customer satisfaction goals.
•Preferred completion of the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing education and passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator within 90 days of hire.
•Ability to guide borrowers through complex mortgage scenarios and coordinate with underwriting and operations teams while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
