Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously evolve PMO standards, methodologies, governance practices, and project delivery frameworks.
  • •Provide oversight of critical strategic initiatives, ensuring effective execution with risk management, stakeholder alignment, and predictable outcomes.
  • •Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing PMO team while coaching project managers and business leaders on portfolio and project management best practices.
