Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years of hands-on industry experience validating PC, laptop, graphics, motherboards, and server products and debugging issues.
  • •Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • •Experience leading technical discussions with multiple functions and driving issue triage and debug.
  • •Preferred: solid knowledge of PC hardware elements and software/PC architecture (BIOS, drivers, operating system).
