Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, administer, and continuously improve benefits programs across all global hubs while ensuring local compliance and competitiveness.
  • •Manage global relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors, including negotiating renewals and evaluating new offerings.
  • •Partner with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure benefits comply with local labor and tax regulations.
  • •Lead annual open enrollment and ongoing employee benefits education and communication.
  • •Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends; recommend plan design and budget changes while managing leave-of-absence programs and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience managing global employee benefits programs across multi-country scope in AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
  • •Strong knowledge of benefits compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, CH, DE, ES, Singapore, India, UAE, Japan, Australia).
  • •Experience managing vendor and broker relationships, including contract negotiation.
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent open enrollment and compliance deadlines.
  • •Experience using HRIS/benefits administration platforms and analyzing benefits data.
