Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, maintain, and enforce Lucid BIM standards, file-naming conventions, and digital deliverable requirements.
  • •Configure and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud projects (permissions, workflows, issue tracking, and model coordination environments).
  • •Manage Revit templates, model health checks, linking and shared coordinate workflows, and ensure optimized model usability.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination by reviewing federated models for compliance and alignment across trades.
  • •Establish document-control and as-built/handover deliverable requirements, and provide BIM training and technical support to stakeholders.
