Lead AWAL’s US creator ecosystem and oversee the Viral Content team to turn real-time internet trends and creator partnerships into scalable viral moments. Own influencer and creator strategy across priority releases, track digital and algorithmic behaviors, and translate insights into short-form content strategies. Manage outreach and budget negotiations, monitor campaign KPIs, and build internal processes and multi-platform initiatives that drive sustained Gen Z streaming growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead influencer and creator strategy across AWAL’s roster to deliver high-impact campaigns for priority releases.
•Serve as internal creator marketing and niche community expert across genres and target audiences, driving thought leadership.
•Track and analyze digital trends, internet culture, and algorithmic behaviors to keep AWAL artists relevant.
•Drive creator campaigns from ideation through execution, including outreach and budget negotiations to maximize ROI.
•Oversee the Viral Content team’s daily operations and priorities while maintaining a cultural calendar; establish processes to scale top-performing content using KPIs and streaming metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

•6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing within the music or entertainment industry.
•Experience leading teams and managing junior team members.
•Strong relationship-building skills with an established network of influencers, creators, external agencies, and talent managers.
•Experience executing end-to-end creator marketing campaigns, including sourcing/briefing and tracking, reporting, and analysis.
•Expert knowledge of pop culture, digital trends, fan behavior, and digital platform algorithms for short-form content strategy.
