Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage product development timelines for new products, color/size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes, tracking milestones and escalating risks early.
•Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and vendors to align on development status and dependencies.
•Ensure product documentation is accurate and complete prior to vendor handoff, including technical specs, build documentation, testing requirements, and fit inputs.
•Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions to maintain momentum toward target timelines.
•Facilitate product reviews and approvals and track testing requests/results; run in-person country development trips to accelerate decisions and strengthen vendor execution.

Key Requirements

•Strong independent execution in ambiguity; highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with a focus on process improvement and quality enhancement.
•Clear communication across language, cultural, and functional boundaries; bachelor’s degree preferred.
