Key Responsibilities

  • •Own solution design for Credit platform capabilities across application, decisioning, simulation, and reporting.
  • •Lead the Business Analysis practice, embedding consistent standards, templates, and ways of working.
  • •Translate business goals and requirements into deliverables with epics, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications with acceptance criteria.
  • •Support Product Owner activities including backlog refinement, prioritisation, dependency management, and release planning.
  • •Drive integration across upstream/downstream systems and ensure quality through acceptance criteria, test strategy, QA support, and release governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in credit domain platforms within banking or financial services.
  • •Proven track record as a Tech Lead, BA Lead, or in a hybrid role within complex transformation programs.
  • •10+ years’ experience delivering IT change in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
  • •Experience delivering projects in Wealth Management and/or Private Banking.
  • •Hands-on understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, event-driven integration, and data workflows, including requirements engineering and process modeling.
