Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives, coaching multi-stakeholder AI transformation deals and holding them accountable to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • •Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for the Agentforce Operations product suite to penetrate existing accounts and land new logos.
  • •Engage with AEs at strategic accounts with C-suite, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience stakeholders to accelerate high-value deals and remove blockers.
  • •Position outcome-based AI solutions and help teams articulate the ROI of autonomous digital workers.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success to enable AEs to win.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience in SaaS, AI automation, RPA, BPA, or cloud enterprise solutions, with 2+ years managing and developing Account Executives.
  • •Deep industry expertise in at least one vertical covered (Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods) and ability to coach for expansion across the rest.
  • •Track record leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals and coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies.
  • •Experience driving sellers to articulate ROI of autonomous digital workers to C-suite audiences.
  • •Experience evaluated based on alignment to Values & Behaviors for the role.
