Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vulnerability management program by prioritizing, communicating, and driving a culture of ownership across business units for security issues with support from security engineering.
  • •Drive metrics and program review to communicate performance and foster accountability with peer teams and upper management.
  • •Provide expert project leadership for highly visible, multi-faceted projects, coordinating across teams and working with software engineers, engineering leaders, and product managers across geographies.
  • •Build and improve project management tools and ongoing practices, and mentor the team around best practices.
  • •Support business management activities such as calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • •2+ years exposure to security (preferred), site reliability engineering, or software engineering.
  • •Ability to understand IT concepts such as web applications and servers and be relatively tech savvy.
