Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive an innovative technical vision across intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, agentic AI, and machine learning.
  • •Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and operations.
  • •Design and build scalable, production-ready real-time data and AI platforms, including data pipelines, distributed microservices, and integrations with networking systems.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers, establish technical direction, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and engineering excellence.
  • •Ensure systems meet high standards of technical rigor and operational excellence, including secure, resilient, observable performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production operations.
  • •5+ years of programming in a general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • •3+ years leading design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead, plus ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with production-ready outcomes.
