Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the electrical scope across multiple mid- and large-size projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • •Specify complete electrical systems and create related documentation, manuals, and technical deliverables including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
  • •Prepare technical specifications and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for MCCs and electrical panels using inputs from Process and Automation Engineers.
  • •Support proposal development and sales/customer meetings on electrical engineering topics.
  • •Drive cost optimization and collaborate with Purchasing on suppliers, panel manufacturers, and supply chain capabilities, including remote or on-site start-up/commissioning support when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in industrial/process environments (e.g., marine, energy).
  • •Experience designing electrical systems including MCCs, control panels, and HMI systems with strong technical documentation skills.
  • •Experience supporting commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting for industrial equipment or systems.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across engineering, sales, project management, and purchasing teams.
