•Manage, monitor, and develop recovery plans for outbound loads under the guidance of an Associate Manager/Manager.
•Execute outbound strategy across distribution centers, third-party storage locations, cross docks, and vendors.
•Monitor and improve service-level metrics, including on-time arrival and on-time departure.
•Run daily exception management, communicating potential delays and assigning boxes to be re-made to protect the customer experience.
•Analyze real-time data and major exception events to determine root causes and provide accurate escalation details.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field required.

•Experience working with transportation management software (E2Open, BluJay) preferred.
•Must be able to work the shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 7am–5pm CST, with flexibility for non M-F schedules.
