Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate and localize Traditional Chinese–Japanese content for Speak’s in-app learning and marketing materials from a pedagogical perspective
  • •Iterate and polish translated/localized content based on QA tasks to improve the learning experience
  • •Develop and write in-app learning materials for Japanese learners at different Traditional Chinese proficiency levels, as needed
  • •Support content projects such as uploading scripts, QAing lessons, and coordinating operational tasks under manager guidance, as needed
  • •Collaborate with international team members by taking directions, completing projects, and maintaining clear communication end-to-end

Key Requirements

  • •Native Traditional Chinese and native or near-native Japanese writing and speaking skills
  • •Deep understanding of both languages and the Japanese learning landscape in Traditional Chinese
  • •Demonstrated experience and expertise in Traditional Chinese–Japanese translation and localization
  • •Experience in Japanese teaching, language pedagogy, or curriculum design
  • •Working proficiency in English
