Key Responsibilities

•Define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements.
•Collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation.
•Analyze radar system performance data, identify deficiencies, and propose solutions.
•Prototype and evaluate new algorithms to enhance system performance.
•Present plans, designs and system performance to peers, leadership and external customers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

•Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user needs.
