Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Support daily operations: transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), inventory cycles, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and asset protection; collaborate with teammates.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
