Job Summary

Lead Braze’s community, advocacy, and learning programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion. Manage a five-person team, integrate community signals into product and CS workflows, and scale customer storytelling and CABs through cross-functional collaboration with PMM, CX, Demand Gen, and Events.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the community function and own the strategy and operating cadence of Braze Bonfire (forums, meetups, recognition programs).
•Lead the advocacy function by owning Braze Customer Champions end-to-end and building a robust reference network.
•Own our Customer Advisory Boards, running high-stakes CAB programs and translating customer insight into roadmap/narrative.
•Own customer storytelling across video, written, and quotable formats to feed case studies, campaigns, and analyst programs.
•Connect community, advocacy, and learning into a unified customer empowerment ecosystem with measurable outcomes.
•Lead and develop a five-person team, setting direction and working credibly with VPs/SVPs across Braze.

•Operates cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across PMM, Content Marketing, CX, Product, Demand Gen, and Events.
•Demonstrates a track record of building and developing people, with a clear path for growing leadership within the team.
