Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily production floor inspections, address unsafe conditions, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans and training employees on safe operating procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances, partnering with Operations Managers and Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use.
  • •Lead production employees by directing and guiding shift teams, holding monthly line meetings, and walking the floor daily.
  • •Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements that enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain quality; oversee routine equipment and facility maintenance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience), required.
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong oral and written communication with analytical and math abilities to solve complex process issues.
  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees while fostering a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
  • •Adaptability to fast-paced conditions, including heat and cold, and willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed.
