Operations Coordinator

Coordinate daily activity between drivers and the Operations team to ensure smooth vehicle movement and timely completion of operational tasks. Assign and track delivery, pickup, and transfer duties, monitor timelines and real-time updates, and serve as the first point of contact for operational instructions. Escalate delays and breakdowns, maintain daily logs and movement reports, and ensure drivers follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
