Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in reviewing and developing a performance and reporting framework, including processes, procedures, systems and controls, and reporting templates.
  • •Support compliance of the performance and reporting framework across the project with the Project Delivery Partner and appointed contractors.
  • •Establish KPIs and oversee the capture of programme data for performance reporting.
  • •Ensure reporting deliverables and associated performance analysis are high quality.
  • •Embed continuous improvement and best-practice reporting to support high-performing programme delivery and success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in project reporting, including at least 5 years delivering reporting activities across the project lifecycle to completion.
  • •Experience in high value metro rail projects or similarly scaled/complex projects.
  • •Strong management information analysis, presentation, and requirements skills.
  • •Ability to influence and motivate teams supporting delivery of high-risk, value-driven, complex projects and programmes.
  • •Proficiency with reporting tools and applications, including Microsoft tools and BI/cost management systems.
