Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the EASE Customer Experience design team and define design strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • •Oversee high-impact, highly complex projects across Consumer & Developer Experience journeys.
  • •Elevate the quality and maturity of the product design practice across interaction, visual, and service design.
  • •Collaborate with research teams and Product and Tech leadership to guide end-to-end outcomes across strategy to delivery.
  • •Develop and guide design artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using design systems and design tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 286,900 annually

  • •At least 10 years of experience in a product design role.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading design teams.
  • •Experience with AI assistant tools such as Claude or Gemini, and agentic development like Claude Code.
