Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and report project cost budgets and track, manage, and report project expenditure to control project costs across the lifecycle.
  • •Review, analyze, and report actual and forecasted costs against the approved budget with required detail and accuracy per contractual requirements and company standards.
  • •Maintain accountability for budgets, commitments, VOWD, cash calls, change control, and cost phasing; deliver accurate forecasts and final cost integrity.
  • •Produce and present cost reports for internal and external stakeholders; analyze cost performance, maintain detailed actuals tracking, and support trend management.
  • •Support change management processes including budget transfers and cost impacts, including variation control and payment certificate verification with related teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires ISCED level 6 (Bachelor's) Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent via vocational training/industry experience).
  • •Relevant cost experience.
  • •Proficient knowledge of cost software and related principles, tools, and techniques including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Project Execution Procedures for Cost Management, including Change Management.
  • •Proficient understanding of WBS & CBS structures and project reporting; able to develop budgets, change estimates, and cost reports.
