Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion AI adoption across the SDLC to accelerate data analytics across Xometry
  • •Define metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities, issues, and business drivers
  • •Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and trends
  • •Design experiments and apply statistical and causal inference methods to measure impact
  • •Prepare/analyze large datasets and partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and priorities

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive data scientist experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (applied math, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering preferred)
  • •M.S. or Ph.D. in a related field highly desired
  • •5+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques
  • •Fluent in Python (pandas, numpy, SciPy, and scikit-learn preferred) with strong linear algebra and statistics
