Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of software engineers, setting priorities and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
  • •Oversee remote monitoring of Forge cloud applications focused on system health, connectivity, and service performance.
  • •Triage and analyze Forge-generated service cases to support efficient resolution with field service leaders and professionals.
  • •Own complex connectivity and performance issues, coordinating escalations and follow-through as needed.
  • •Promote incident-management practices, operational discipline, and knowledge sharing; partner with back-end teams to improve reliability and monitoring quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •3+ years of software engineering experience focused on monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
  • •Working knowledge of a major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-monitoring tools and practices.
  • •Experience collaborating with field service teams or comparable operational groups.
  • •Experience using logging, alerting, and incident-management systems for timely issue resolution.
