Job Summary

Provide technical sales support for HVAC-related products, helping respond to customer questions on functionality, features, and configuration. Review orders against design/production standards, support tender documentation, and coordinate special/non-standard customer requirements with factory teams. Support customer visits and performance testing, deliver sales/after-sales training, and troubleshoot control logic/communications issues. Partner with product teams to maintain product configuration and control logic documentation, including cost/price and optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Help sales resolve technical questions by email/phone, including product functions, features, and options, to answer customer inquiries.
•Check sales orders to ensure they meet product design/production standards and confirm configuration/selection.
•Support tender processes with required documents (e.g., product certificates, BOM/parts list, quality system, clarification of questions, selection reports).
•Coordinate support for non-standard customer requirements by aligning with relevant factory functions and proposing solutions to help secure orders.
•Support training for sales and after-sales teams (product training, selection software usage, product optimization).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in energy applications engineering or energy and power engineering (HVAC or refrigeration direction).
•Solid HVAC or air-conditioning product knowledge framework.
•At least 8 years of experience in HVAC product design, R&D, or pre-sales technical support, including at least 3 years in DC data center cooling equipment (e.g., CDU liquid-cooling structure or component layout projects).
•Excellent English (CET-6), strong listening/speaking/reading/writing, fluent speaking.
