Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation and oversight of the Project Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.
  • •Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, applicable legislation, regulations, and client standards.
  • •Perform inspections, audits, risk assessments, and lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance trends, risks, and recommendations to project leadership.
  • •Review contractor HSE plans and lead high-risk activity controls, hazard identification, and permit-to-work processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma.
  • •Strong HSE management experience on major construction or industrial projects.
  • •Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Strong knowledge of risk assessments, hazard identification, permit-to-work systems, and emergency preparedness/incident response.
