  • •Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of AE and Sales Leader onboarding.
  • •Define onboarding standards, success metrics, and scalable learning experiences to reduce ramp time and improve seller productivity.
  • •Design leader onboarding that equips frontline managers to coach effectively and drive team performance.
  • •Modernize onboarding through AI, automation, and innovative learning solutions, and deliver/facilitate sessions as needed.
  • •Measure onboarding effectiveness using KPIs (learner performance, certifications, ramp metrics, and business outcomes) and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
