Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders, proactively bringing solutions aligned to goals, KPIs, and challenges.
  • •Advise managers on org structure, role design, and workforce planning aligned to business priorities.
  • •Guide leaders through performance management cycles, calibration, talent reviews, and partner on hiring plans and succession planning.
  • •Manage employee relations matters (investigations, coaching, performance concerns) and ensure consistent HR policy and compliance with employment law.
  • •Use people data to identify risks and opportunities, translate engagement themes into action plans, and apply AI tools to analyze and accelerate day-to-day HRBP work.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist supporting a client group.
  • •Experience across performance management, talent planning, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
  • •Strong data literacy to pull and interpret people data (attrition, engagement, headcount) to build business cases.
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (FLSA, ADA, EEO, and state-specific requirements) applied to real employee relations and policy decisions.
  • •Comfort using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) for HR data analysis, drafting, or research, with strong judgment and discretion.
