Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team with mentorship and direction; build action plans and report progress, status, and variances while developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Experience as Owner’s Representative on office construction projects.
  • •Ability to drive project scheduling from concept to closeout.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project (or similar), plus knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
