Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform full-chip functional verification for Micron non-volatile memory design projects.
  • •Develop verification plans from design specs and build SystemVerilog testbenches to achieve functionality coverage.
  • •Implement SystemVerilog assertions and coverage-driven, constrained-random verification; add cover points for design corner cases.
  • •Improve verification methodologies, collaborate with digital design teams to debug test cases, and close coverage gaps toward tape-out.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •7-15 years developing verification collateral in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
  • •UVM proficiency, including experience building complex coverage-driven random constraint environments from scratch.
  • •Deep knowledge of circuit design, digital logic, and logic verification methodology.
  • •Good Verilog RTL and SystemVerilog object-oriented programming knowledge, plus C++, and scripting (TCL, Perl).
