Branch Leader - Hampstead

Lead all aspects of a Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow branch revenue by expanding small business expertise and attracting new clients through face-to-face meetings, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Manage human capital including interviewing, selection, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling, and partner with IRM and operations leaders to maintain a strong One Team culture.
