•Serve as the district’s PowerSchool administrator, managing configuration, user accounts, security permissions, and system updates.
•Troubleshoot PowerSchool issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve problems.
•Customize PowerSchool settings, reports, and data fields to meet district needs.
•Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all student information within PowerSchool; prepare required state and federal data submissions.
•Provide ongoing training and support for staff; create user guides and training materials; conduct training sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,334 - 65,418 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience with PowerSchool (administration, data management, or reporting).
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Data Management, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of student data systems, data privacy laws, and reporting requirements.
•Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and report creation.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; strong communication and ability to train non-technical users.
