Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain scalable data solutions that support AI applications and advanced analytics.
•Build and optimize semantic data models and metric definitions to deliver trusted analytics and AI-ready data.
•Develop integrations between data platforms, semantic layers, and AI-powered solutions.
•Apply causal inference and advanced analytical techniques to generate meaningful business insights.
•Support AI initiatives via LLM integration, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), while providing technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics.
•5+ years of experience in senior Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related data-focused roles.
•Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, including Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Databricks Apps) and Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).
•Strong Python experience for data engineering and API development (FastAPI), including integration with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or Anthropic.
•Experience with semantic layers and causal inference techniques, including DiD, RDD, IV, and modern Causal ML frameworks.
