Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-native graduates within the AI Builder program, combining people leadership with technical direction and consulting mentorship. Guide graduates from early experimentation to production-grade, secure, and ethical enterprise outcomes using agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool calls. Oversee graduate upskilling, project matching/bench management, and a 12–24 month competency framework, while partnering with university recruiting and supporting customer success across SMB accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the direct people manager for a cohort of emerging talent AI builders, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career planning, and compensation management.
•Provide technical leadership and coaching, guiding graduates on agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and building scalable, secure agentic solutions.
•Enable the Grad Builder program by fostering continuous upskilling and using cohort experimentation to inform broader learning initiatives.
•Oversee project matching and bench management, strategically pairing grads with customer projects that stretch technical capabilities.
•Collaborate with university recruiting to interview, assess, and attract top-tier computer science talent from target universities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
•5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
•1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
•Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, plus understanding of React, REST APIs, and GraphQL; strong coding best practices (OOP, SOLID, Git).
•Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
