Key Responsibilities

•Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day activities, assess strengths/weaknesses, and identify improvement opportunities for the team.
•Engage, coach, and perform performance management for assigned associates; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills.
•Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
•Train associates using Quality Control standards and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
•Experience using computers and demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process.
•Demonstrated understanding of current reconditioning processes and lean principles.
•Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, gloves, non-slip shoes).
