Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead chemical system design for construction projects and align operational and maintenance needs into design.
  • •Provide expert support on each site’s bulk and specialty chemical systems, including on-site presence for critical failures.
  • •Technically lead a global cross-functional team to drive operational excellence for site chemical systems engineers.
  • •Drive improvement through variation reduction (SPC), align common methodologies (SPC, conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, 8D), and reduce critical chemical impact events.
  • •Assess PM and predictive maintenance programs across the network, develop metrics, and support sustainability data acquisition and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
  • •8 years of Facilities gas system engineering experience, with at least 4 years in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • •Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups.
  • •Proven ability to continuously improve systems and processes, including communicating effectively across the organization.
