Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance on application and integration capabilities for Helix/Remedy solutions.
  • •Gather requirements, produce requirements/design documentation, and deliver presentations and demos.
  • •Develop workflows and integrations (forms, fields, workflow in Developer Studio/Innovation Studio) and create data import files.
  • •Build REST API/WebService and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems, including change requests and Jira stories.
  • •Maintain production environments, manage sprint execution, and participate in on-call, daily scrums, and planning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience.
  • •BMC Remedy/Helix Developer experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and Helix/Remedy process flows.
  • •Experience building integrations using RestAPI/Webservices or LDAP between Helix and external systems.
  • •Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL methodologies (ITIL Foundation a plus).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance and hold US citizenship.
