Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full responsibility and oversight of bulk terminal operations, including maintenance, customer relationships, P&L, and budgeting.
  • •Forecast monthly revenue and work with finance and commercial teams to meet monthly expectations.
  • •Develop operational goals aligned to regional and corporate objectives and create KPIs to track terminal performance.
  • •Manage employees, including hiring, discipline process, union negotiations, performance reviews, and safety of employees/safety programs.
  • •Oversee service, maintenance, and capital assets; participate in customer and service provider negotiations and drive improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •5–10 years of management experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer relationships.
  • •Understand and operate within the Union contract parameters; manage both union and non-union workforces.
  • •Project management and financial acumen, including prior budgeting experience; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
