Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the HSE Management System and supporting tools, processes and employee competencies; manage documentation in Chorus and SharePoint; support quality/compliance controls.
  • •Assist with ISO audits, target setting, and certification readiness; conduct evidence gathering and walkthroughs.
  • •Coordinate HSE training for staff via third-party providers or internal platforms and maintain a training matrix.
  • •Liaise with external services to ensure HSE compliance; investigate accidents/incidents and manage corrective actions.
  • •Oversee facilities operations with a third-party FM provider, support preventive maintenance, and ensure security guidelines are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience with safety management systems and facilities management; asset if combined
