Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence decisions from daily through to strategic ones, across functions and leadership levels, to improve performance and sustainability of P&G’s supply chain.
  • •Build the next generation of supply chain analytics using mathematical modeling, optimization, ML, and simulation; program in Python/SQL/R and visualize results.
  • •Collaborate with technology partners to translate innovations into robust, scalable analytic solutions.
  • •Communicate insights from complex data or algorithms into simple, actionable conclusions for stakeholders.
  • •Belong to a global Analytics/Operations Research community supporting supply chains across P&G.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, OR, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or related techniques (optimization, simulation, ML, predictive modeling)
  • •Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and in a team
  • •Proficient in English, written and spoken
