Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • •Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner; restock showroom merchandise and cross-train in receiving/shipping/warehouse duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
