Job Summary

Lead strategic indirect procurement initiatives in a global context, owning supplier negotiations, RFQ processes, and category management. Use data analytics tools (Power BI, SAP, QlikView) and AI copilots to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and market insights. Partner with finance and operations to implement savings opportunities while managing contracts, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic sourcing for indirect spend, including supplier negotiations, contract management, supplier relationship management, and RFx processes.
•Conduct market research for indirect commodities and manage global subcategories; assess vendor market and cost models.
•Provide in-depth spend analytics using tools like Power BI, SAP, and QlikView; identify cost-reduction opportunities and track KPIs.
•Partner with leadership across finance and operations to drive savings, controllership improvements, and ad hoc reporting.
•Mentor and coach team members; ensure compliance with purchasing policies and maintain robust process documentation.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in supplier negotiations, auctions/advanced negotiation methods, supplier relationship management, data analytics, and category management.
•Experience with RFQ processes, evaluating quotations, and negotiating terms to meet business needs.
•Knowledge of SaaS/on-prem licensing models and the software landscape/trends relevant to indirect spend.
•Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and other MS tools; ability to analyze indirect spend analytics at global level and provide forward-looking insights.
•Willingness to start from scratch and work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders; strong communication and leadership capabilities.
