Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy construction equipment.
•Diagnose defects by operating and inspecting machines and equipment; troubleshoot problems and make economical, durable repairs.
•Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools; examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
•Replace defective engines and subassemblies and weld broken parts and structural members.
•Maintain time and parts records; test overhauled equipment and assist other maintenance staff as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•1-3 years’ experience in heavy truck and equipment experience preferred.
•Must be 18 years or older.
