Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop logistics strategy for freight cost, quality, capacity, and related elements across all LATAM countries, including Brazil.
  • •Lead freight contracts, and cost and capacity negotiations for logistics services such as ocean & air freight, land transport, warehousing, and transloading.
  • •Scout, analyze, and qualify carriers and new service providers to optimize capacity/cost and diversify the supply chain.
  • •Send and prioritize RFPs to target local market needs and align with global logistics strategies.
  • •Maintain carrier/service-provider relationships with quarterly business reviews, performance measurement, and resolution of escalations and exceptions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in multi-modal logistics pricing structure and compliance for LATAM markets (ocean, rail, truck, air, and customs brokerage), preferably in high-volume environments.
  • •Skilled negotiator with strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
  • •High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Ability to lead freight sourcing and service provider management across the region, including Brazil.
